This all gender inclusive pageant provides participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities ages 8 years old and older and their families with a full pageant opportunity and experience.

Participants will compete in Casual Wear, Dressy/Evening wear, and an On Stage Question. All participants will leave with your own rhinestone crown for the ladies and scepter for the young men, a custom sash and t-shirt but most importantly you will leave as part of the 2017-2018 Mr. & Ms. Special Dekalb County Royal Court.

Throughout the year the Kings and Queens and their royal court will participate in various events throughout Dekalb County and the City of Atlanta.
